Through the years, McShane’s multi-family portfolio has grown substantially, establishing the firm as one of the nation’s largest providers of multi-family construction services.
McShane Construction relocates its growing corporate headquarters into Pointe O’Hare, a 263,000-square-foot Class A office complex that the firm constructed in Rosemont, Illinois.

To better serve its growing client base within the state of Wisconsin, McShane Construction expands its operations with the establishment of a regional office in Madison, Wisconsin.
Molly McShane is appointed Chief Executive Officer of The McShane Companies. Since joining the company in 2002, Molly has spearheaded major strategic initiatives across McShane’s portfolio of services, most notably its expansion into new geographic markets and a conscious effort to create a diverse workplace.
