Jeffrey A. Raday, PE, President of McShane Construction Company, is pleased to announce that Charlie Stone has been promoted to Vice President and Regional Manager of the firm’s west coast office in Irvine, California.
Charlie came to McShane Construction Company in 2015 as our Manager of Business Development and was soon elevated to Director of Business Development. Since joining McShane, Charlie has been responsible for significantly increasing the firm’s visibility in the marketplace and securing significant new project assignments.
Prior to his time with McShane, Charlie had over 30 years of experience in general business management, innovative team leadership, customer account management, labor relations and organizational capability and development.
In Charlie’s new role as Vice President and Regional Manager, he will oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm’s regional activities and maintain relationships with real estate developers, governmental officials, architects and other affiliated representatives of the real estate community.
In addition to Charlie’s move, we are also pleased to announce two additional promotions in the McShane Irvine office. Ryan Carroll has been promoted to Director of Project Development and Ed Rodriguez promoted to Director of Project Management.
Ryan Carroll joined McShane in 2015 as Project Manager and was promoted to Senior Project Manager in 2017. During that time, Ryan oversaw many successful construction assignments. Recently, Ryan has focused on guiding the sales and pre-construction efforts for the Irvine office. In his role as Director of Project Development, Ryan will be responsible for providing sales support including strategic planning, proposal preparation and management of cost estimating and pre-construction.
Ed Rodriguez joined McShane in 2014 as Project Manager and was promoted to Senior Project Manager later that year. Since joining McShane, Ed has led numerous successful construction assignments throughout the region. In his role as Director of Project Management, Ed will oversee multiple project management teams as our projects transition from pre-construction into construction. He will be responsible for proper implementation of our project management processes and procedures, including training of new and junior staff.
