Vice President

As Vice President, Alison leads McShane’s Wisconsin Regional Office and manages the design-build and general construction process for the firm’s projects in Wisconsin. She joined McShane in 2012 and established the firm’s office in Madison in 2018.

Alison offers expertise in the multi-family, commercial, and institutional markets and possesses extensive experience working on adaptive reuse projects and with community-based organizations in urban settings. She is known for her skill in performing pre-construction evaluations, value-engineering research, review and confirmation of subcontractor bid submittals, and construction efficiency studies.

Alison is a graduate of Marquette University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
