McShane Construction Company provided general contracting services for The Enzo at Ariston, a new Class A, 265-unit apartment development in Buford, Georgia.
Situated on an eight-acre site, The Enzo at Ariston incorporates two four- and five-story wood frame apartment buildings with exteriors of siding and brick, along with a precast parking garage.
The boutique-style community offers resort-like amenities including a heated saltwater swimming pool, an outdoor grilling area and lounge, a 24-hour fitness studio and power gym, an enclosed dog park, and a community lounge with a demonstration kitchen.
Units are offered in one- to three-bedroom open-concept floor plans and boast professional-grade kitchens, granite countertops throughout, luxury vinyl tile flooring and private balconies or patios. Select units are available in a two-story townhome style with a loft bedroom and bathroom.
