McShane Construction Company provided the construction services for Willis Apartments, a luxury multi-family and mixed-use development on behalf of South City Partners located in Avondale Estates, Georgia.
The 197-unit apartment residence features concrete podium-style construction below a wood frame exterior with a partial wrap around a five-story precast structured parking deck accommodating 286 vehicles.
The six-story residential development features numerous high-end finishes and amenities, including a leasing center, club room, fitness center, and resort-style outdoor pool located in the courtyard. Willis Apartments also features 8,300 square feet of ground level retail space.
