McShane Construction Company was selected to provide the construction services for the nine-story condominium component at Westhaven Park located in Chicago, Illinois. McShane constructed the facility consisting of 113 one- and two-bedroom units ranging in size from 739 to 1,318 square feet.
Each unit features a fireplace, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances and a private balcony or patio.
The precast concrete structure incorporates a brick-clad exterior with distinctive stonelike accents and expansive windowlines.
Westhaven Park is a co-development of Brinshore Development and Michaels Development Company offering public housing, affordable housing and market rate units within a neighborhood environment.
Westhaven Park is situated on the site of the former Henry Horner Homes development in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood.
