McShane Construction Company was selected by Stockdale Capital Partners to provide general construction services for Waterview Residential. Located in Scottsdale, Arizona, the new multi-family development will incorporate 260 units.

Positioned on a 7.68-acre site, the building featurse podium-style construction with four stories of wood framing atop a single-story below-grade parking garage incorporating 407 parking spaces.

The development also offers nearly 14,000 square feet of amenity space, including a fitness center, demonstration kitchen, co-working space and a sky lounge. Outdoor amenities include a pool courtyard and lounge, an activities courtyard and multiple decks.

Each unit incorporates upscale finishes and an in-unit washer and dryer.
