Villages of Westhaven

McShane Construction Company provided the comprehensive renovation services for Villages of Westhaven, an affordable housing scattered site development located on Chicago’s Near West Side.

This large assignment encompasses 200 units across 21 buildings with renovations ranging from partial interior modifications to complete gut rehabilitation.

Exterior work includes roofing, landscaping, painting, entryway improvements and masonry. Interior improvements include the replacement of drywall, flooring, doors, windows, cabinets and appliances.
