Positioned on a 2.71-acre site, the development features four stories of wood frame construction atop an underground parking garage with a hydronic heated ramp.

Building amenities include a club room and kitchen, fitness room, dog wash and a fourth-floor common room with three rooftop decks. Additionally, tenants have access to surface parking and electric vehicle charging stations.

Each unit features luxury vinyl plank flooring, white cabinets, granite countertops, a tiled backsplash and stainless steel appliances.
