McShane Construction Company completed the construction of Thunderbird Office Park @ 101, an 11-acre office park located just north of 83rd Avenue and Thunderbird Road in Peoria, Arizona. The business park is comprised of two 75,000-square-foot Class A office properties.
The two-level office buildings were constructed of architecturally designed tiltwall panels accented with stained, textured masonry block. High-performance glass set throughout generous window lines provides abundant natural lighting within the office spaces.
McShane also completed shaded, meandering sidewalks that link the two office buildings and provide a gracious and comfortable landscaped environment for the development.
