The Parker is a 240-unit market rate apartment complex for client, Penler. Positioned on a 40-acre lot, the gated community is comprised of 10 two-story, wood frame buildings. Each building incorporates 24 units offered in one- to three-bedroom configurations with one to two bathrooms. Units feature granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances and provide tenants with private entries.

Tenants also have access to a number of on-site amenities including a clubhouse with a fitness room and kitchen, a leasing center, a resort-style swimming pool, a mail kiosk and four detached garage buildings.
