McShane Construction Company completed four phases of comprehensive construction services for The Lodge of Northbrook, a 164-unit luxury independent senior living community located in Northbrook, Illinois.
The three- and four-story residence features an attractive masonry facade accented by balconies and walk-out terraces. The development also incorporates below-grade parking for residents.
The Lodge of Northbrook offers one- and two-bedroom luxury residences and numerous tenant amenities including community and private dining rooms, pub and game room, library and fitness center, among others.
Phase I of the assignment included 58 units, Phase II of the development included 20 units, Phase III included 18 units, while Phase IV included an additional 68 units.
