The Den
McShane Construction Company completed the comprehensive construction services for The Den, a 552-bed student housing development on behalf of Grindstone Student Housing.
The Den is located just south of the University of Missouri campus in Columbia, Missouri and provides 235,000 square feet of modern apartment living with a mix of 158 two- and four-bedroom floor plans.
The apartments feature high-end finishes and a private bathroom for each bedroom. Each unit includes full furnishings, flat screen televisions, internet access and an in-unit washer and dryer.
The complex houses four, four-story wood frame buildings surrounding several private courtyards. The grounds for the central clubhouse feature volleyball courts, a pool, an outdoor kitchen and fire pits and offer amenities including a café, a fitness center and a game room.
