The Conway at Huxley Yards will offer 50 affordable apartment units in a five-story building in Madison, Wisconsin. Positioned on a 1.7-acre site, the development will incorporate a five-story podium-style building with four wood-framed residential floors atop a single-story, above-grade precast parking garage. The exterior will integrate Hardie fiber-cement siding with brick and aluminum panel trim.

Each unit will feature upscale finishes, including luxury vinyl tile flooring, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. Amenities will include a fitness room, community room, mail room, and leasing area.

This project was designed to achieve Wisconsin Green Built Homes Gold Certification and Energy Star Multifamily Certification and is part of the EPA Indoor AirPlus program.
