McShane Construction Company was selected to complete the Springs at Kenosha, a 280-unit, market-rate apartment complex located in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
The development features fourteen 20-unit apartment buildings with eight internal garages. Also under construction are seven stand-alone garages accommodating six vehicles each.
Each two-story building features a wood plank siding exterior complemented by an attractively designed shingle roof. Several units also include exterior porches.
Tenant amenities include a swimming pool, sun deck, a clubhouse featuring a fitness center, internet cafe and maintenance building/car wash.
