McShane Construction Company was selected to provide comprehensive construction services for Senior Star at Weber Place, an independent, assisted living and memory care residence in Romeoville, Illinois.
The 360,720-square-foot independent living/assisted living component is comprised of a three-story residential building containing 269 independent and assisted living units and one level of underground parking. The associated two-story memory care facility is comprised of 44,354 square feet featuring 77 memory care units.
Residents of the complex enjoy spacious gathering areas, a library, a convenience center, a healthcare area, an internet cafe, a hair salon and a dining area.
