Sarah’s Place at Glencroft
McShane Construction Company provided the construction management at-risk services for Sarah’s Place at Glencroft, a 24-unit memory care assisted living residence located at 6670 W. Butler Drive within the existing Glencroft senior living campus.
The 15,000-square-foot, single-story facility is focused on delivering high-level care for individuals suffering from memory loss and includes private sleeping rooms, a shared living room, a dining area, an activities center, a library, a den, a beauty shop, two kitchens and several fireplaces. The residence features numerous sustainable elements including an energy-efficient HVAC system and rooftop solar panels.
McShane utilized wood frame construction attractively encased in a three-coat stucco exterior finish. All landscaping, walkways and outdoor areas were also completed by McShane.
