Renaissance Park
Located in Fairburn, Georgia, Renaissance Park is a mixed-use community that will integrate 288 apartment units across five three- and four-story wood-framed residential buildings with stone and fiber cement siding. Two of the buildings will include 4,000 square feet of space for multiple future retailers.
Units will feature shaker-style cabinets with granite countertops and tile backsplashes in the kitchens and tile tub/shower surrounds in the bathrooms. The units will also integrate vinyl plank flooring throughout with carpeted bedrooms.
The site will offer more than 7,000 square feet of amenity space including a fitness center, outdoor swimming pool and pavilion, volleyball court, pickleball court, and walking trail.
