McShane Construction Company was selected to complete a three-story, 239,136-square-foot Randhurst Village parking deck, part of a 100-acre mixed-use center located in Mount Prospect, Illinois.
The multi-level parking deck offers 563 parking spaces for the convenience of shoppers and visitors of the redeveloped Randhurst Village.
The exterior of the garage utilizes a combination of precast concrete and architectural screen materials to blend seamlessly with the development. The multi-level parking structure is highlighted by two glass elevators enclosed in a single glass tower element.
