McShane is providing design-build construction services for the interior buildout of a 269,775-square-foot industrial facility for a pharmaceutical client. The buildout includes a 15,000-square-foot office with upscale finishes and a large break room, research and development space, and warehouse improvements for fulfillment, packaging, and dry goods storage.
