McShane Construction Company provided the design/build construction services for PPG Industries on a 47-acre parcel located in Aurora, Illinois.

The build-to-suit distribution facility features 304,560 square feet, including a 5,503-square-foot office component, a 1,206-square-foot shipping office, 32′ clear height, an ESFR sprinkler system and 33 dock doors.

Sitework provided by McShane included landscaping, 44 trailer parking stalls and 80 vehicle stalls.
