Parkview Apartments
McShane Construction Company completed the construction of Parkview Apartments, a seven-story infill assignment in Arlington Heights, Illinois on behalf of UP Development. The development incorporates podium construction, 45 residential units, ground-floor retail, integrated parking and various sustainable features meeting NGBS Green Certification.
The building complements the surrounding area with design features that are indicative of classic Chicago architecture utilizing an elegant granite base, masonry and cast stone detailing.
Residences are located on the upper five floors while the second floor and a portion of the first floor consists of secured parking for 58 vehicles. A total of 1,314 square feet of retail space is located on the first floor.
