Park Place Apartments
McShane Construction Company provided the comprehensive construction services for Park Place, an affordable housing residence for long-standing client, Brinshore Development, located in Chicago, Illinois.
The complex consists of 14 three-story residential buildings offering a total of 78 rental apartment units in one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Each residence provides a spacious interior with high-quality finishes and in-unit washers and dryers.
The property’s fully-featured community building was transformed from an existing facility located on the site requiring an extensive renovation. It will provide residents with an outfitted community room, computer lab, fitness center and on-site management. There will also be several outdoor amenities such as a landscaped park, community garden and a tot lot.
