Park Douglas
McShane Construction Company was selected to complete the comprehensive construction services for Park Douglas, a 19-building multi-family complex on Chicago’s West Side.
Park Douglas features 137 one- to four-bedroom affordable housing units throughout 18 three-story buildings. McShane also constructed a single-story LEED-Gold management office.
The buildings range in style from traditional to contemporary design and feature metal frame construction with an attractive masonry veneer.
McShane provided the construction services on behalf of the Brinshore Development, Michaels Development Company and Sinai Community Institute development alliance.
