McShane Construction Company provided the comprehensive design/build construction services for a 347,511-square-foot headquarters on behalf of Orbus Exhibit & Display Group.
The build-to-suit facility is situated within the Union Pointe business park located at the intersection of I-355 and I-55 in Woodridge, Illinois.
The facility features 272,511 square feet of warehouse space, a 32′ clear height, 20 dock doors, a 20,000-square-foot production room, an ESFR sprinkler system and a 55,000-square-foot two-story office component that includes an atrium lobby.
The building can be expanded by 82,000 square feet while the 350-car parking is expandable to 450 parking spaces.
