Oakwood Shores Terrace Apartments
McShane Construction Company completed the construction of Oakwood Shores Terrace Apartments and Mercy Medical Center for developers, The Community Builders, The Granite Companies and Ujima, Inc.
The 89,630-square-foot mixed-use development is located at 3753-3755 S. Cottage Grove Avenue in Chicago’s Bronzeville neighborhood.
The six-story complex features 48 mixed-income units in one-, two- and three-bedroom configurations on floors three through six. The first two levels of the building serve as medical office space operated by Mercy Hospital and Medical Center. Oakwood Shores was constructed in compliance with Chicago’s Green Homes program.
