Northwest Pointe
McShane Construction Company completed the design/build construction services for Northwest Pointe, a three-phase speculative industrial development located in Elgin, Illinois.
Northwest Pointe I is a 342,650-square-foot cross-dock facility featuring a 32′ clear height, four drive-in doors and 68 exterior truck docks with parking for 343 cars.
Northwest Pointe II is a 385,000-square-foot cross-dock industrial facility featuring 38 dock doors, four drive-in doors, 32′ clear height, ESFR sprinkler system and parking for 386 vehicles.
Northwest Pointe III is a two-building 349,000-square-foot industrial development featuring a rear-load configuration with 41 dock doors, four drive-in doors, 32′ clear height, ESFR sprinkler system and parking for 384 vehicles.
The firm also completed tenant suites for Illinois Tool Works and Box Partners within Northwest Pointe I and the full-building tenant improvement for Box Partners at Northwest Pointe II.
