North Avenue Commerce Center
McShane Construction Company completed the design/build construction of North Avenue Commerce Center in Winfield, Illinois.
The 265,550-square-foot precast facility is divisible to 60,000 square feet and offers an efficient rear-load configuration that makes it ideal for e-commerce, light manufacturing and warehouse users. The property features office space-to-suit, a 32′ clear height, 50′ x 52′ column spacing, an ESFR sprinkler system, 56 exterior docks and four drive-in doors.
The site supports optimal truck maneuverability with 12 trailer parking stalls along with sizable on-site parking for 228 vehicles.
