McShane Construction Company was selected as the design/builder for the multi-tenant Meadowbrook Medical Center, a two-story, 150,000-square-foot medical office building located at 25500 Meadowbrook Road in Novi, Michigan.
The facility was designed to accommodate physician offices of varying sizes on a portion of the first floor and throughout the entire second floor. Storage is provided in the 30,000-square-foot basement.
The building features a stunning two-story atrium lobby offering attractive community-focused spaces and incorporates an imaging center, laboratory with in-house pathology, and a full-service pharmacy managed by St. John Health – Providence Hospital.
Other medical services include the Novi Surgery Center, an urgent care center and comprehensive physical therapy services.
