Marina Condominiums
McShane Construction Company was selected to provide construction management services for the Marina Condominiums located along the shoreline of Lake Monona in Madison, Wisconsin.
The 14-story facility features 55 condominiums ranging in size from 1,850 to 2,200 square feet, with 100 enclosed parking spaces on three below-ground parking levels.
Two high-speed elevators, accessible only by residents, serve every floor of the building. The building exterior is clad with silver corrugated aluminum panels providing a visually striking and durable facade.
