The Lotus Project is a business park consisting of over 770,000 square feet of Class A industrial space built in two phases.
The firm completed the design-build construction of Phase I, which includes four industrial buildings totaling 470,000 square feet. Phase II consisted of three industrial buildings totaling 300,000 square feet.
