McShane Construction Company was selected to provide design/build services for the 127,028-square-foot headquarters and manufacturing facility for Klein Tools, a leading manufacturer of professional hand tools and occupational protective equipment.
The attractively designed facility was constructed of structural precast panels and features a full-height glass curtainwall at the main entrance to the facility.
The 26′ clear height facility includes a 64,420-square-foot two-story office component together with 57,000 square feet of manufacturing space. Generous parking for 307 vehicles facilitates convenient access to the facility.
