McShane Construction Company was selected to provide design/build services for the 144,000-square-foot, 253-room Hilton Garden Inn in Des Plaines, Illinois.
McShane constructed the nine-story hotel utilizing a precast panel structure attractively finished with a complementary color scheme and an abundant window line accentuating the exterior facade.
The hotel features work-friendly accommodations including meeting space facilities and numerous business center services. Among the property’s amenities are a convenience mart, a fitness center, an indoor swimming pool and a whirlpool spa.
Raymond Management Company, developer of the hotel, received an Outstanding Achievement Award from Hilton Garden Inn for this premier hospitality complex.
