Herndon Square Phase III
Located in downtown Atlanta, Herndon Square Phase III is a new multi-family community that will incorporate 178 mixed-income apartment units in a five-story building. Herndon Square Phase III is part of a master-planned, mixed-income redevelopment of the former Herndon Homes public housing community.
Units will be offered in one- to three-bedroom floorplans and will boast high-end finishes including granite countertops, tile backsplashes, and luxury vinyl-tile flooring.
On-site amenities for residents will include a community room, dog wash room, and courtyard with multiple shaded lounge areas.
The podium-style building will feature four stories of wood framing atop a single-story underground parking garage. The building’s exterior will integrate a mix of Hardie, brick, and metal panels.
