Esplanade at Arlington Heights
McShane Construction Company was selected to provide comprehensive construction services for Esplanade at Arlington Heights, an 18,778-square-foot mixed-use development located on a four-acre site at 2920 W. Euclid Avenue in Arlington Heights, Illinois.
The construction assignment consisted of a one-story retail component that can accommodate up to 12 individual retail tenants.
The building exterior features a combination of brick veneer, storefront glass and aluminum composite panels. An architecturally distinctive tower has been constructed within an outdoor courtyard. McShane also completed site landscaping and provided parking for 105 vehicles.
