Design Ready Controls
McShane Construction Company was selected by Capstone Quadrangle to provide the design/build construction services for Design Ready Controls, located on a 7-acre site at 93rd Avenue and US 169 in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.
The 105,500-square-foot build-to-suit warehouse and office facility includes 22,300 square feet of office space encompassing open and private offices, break room, conference rooms and research and development area.
The facility also features a production and warehouse area totaling 83,200 square feet with a 28′ clear height, two drive-in doors and six dock-high doors. Sitework completed by McShane included landscaping, sidewalks and parking for 199 vehicles.
