McShane Construction Company provided the design/build construction services for the five-story, 100,000-square-foot Courtyard by Marriott hotel property located in the Midway Hotel Center just blocks from Midway Airport.

The hotel features 174 guest rooms including four with private jacuzzis and 24 with balconies.

Corporate-designed amenities include two private meeting rooms, a board room and a full-service kitchen with a buffet area. A sweeping two-story atrium lobby is accented with marble flooring.

Recreational facilities include an indoor pool, a spa and an exercise room. A well-landscaped courtyard with an attractive gazebo accents the exterior.
