McShane Construction Company was selected by Climatec to provide comprehensive renovation and remodeling services at its 103,000-square-foot corporate office facility located in Phoenix, Arizona.
The renovation assignment included the complete remodel of the interior and front portion of the existing building. The mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems were replaced to incorporate more cost-effective operations.
A new highly-efficient chilled water central HVAC system replaced the existing rooftop mounted system resulting in cost savings for both short- and long-term operations. The front entry was completely reconstructed to feature a striking contemporary design.
