Casa Maravilla is a five-story, 70,000-square-foot residence featuring 73 senior living apartment units developed by The Resurrection Project.
The exterior features stone and brick masonry with elements such as metal panel cornices and entryways adding architectural appeal and interest.
The building offers one- and two-bedroom units and also includes dining space, a community room, therapy room, library and recreation room.
