McShane Construction Company completed the design/build services for Canal Crossing Logistics Center, a speculative industrial development totaling 155,114 square feet located at 5670 South 32nd Street in Phoenix, Arizona.
This single-story building was constructed with a tiltwall panel exterior featuring a rear-load configuration, 30′ clear height, 37 truck docks, two drive-in doors, 1,000 square feet of office space, an ESFR sprinkler system and 50 skylights to increase operational efficiency.
