Album Indian Lake
McShane provided construction services for Album Indian Lake, a new active senior living community in Hendersonville, Tennessee, on behalf of repeat client, Avenida Partners.
Positioned on a five-acre site, the three-story wood frame building incorporates 138 units with a brick and Hardie panel exterior. Each unit incorporates high-end features including granite countertops, luxury vinyl tile and carpet flooring, tile backsplashes and undermount sinks. Floor plans are offered in one- and two-bedroom configurations with one or two bathrooms.
The development also offers 6,000 square feet of amenity space, including a clubhouse with a theater, dining room and fitness center, as well as a pool, grill station, gardens and dog park.
