McShane Construction Company provided the design/build services for the two-story, 222,000-square-foot, build-to-suit professional services building for Aon Hewitt.
The facility is situated on a 12-acre site within Enterprise Point of Lincolnshire, a 21-acre business park located in Lincolnshire, Illinois.
The building contains 125,000 square feet of production/warehousing space that is both temperature and humidity controlled to support the offset and web printing processes.
To maintain constant power, the building is supplied by redundant electrical feeds and incorporates a generator backup. A full-service kitchen and dining facilities were provided on the mezzanine level.
