McShane Construction Company was selected as design/builder for the new 72-acre corporate headquarters campus for American Hotel Register Company that included complete site development, design and construction services.
The distribution center features a 34′ clear height with 42′ x 42′ bays, 28,000 square feet of office space and a 53,000-square-foot mezzanine. The five-story, 206,000-square-foot office facility represents the second phase of McShane’s construction assignment at this high-profile corporate campus.
The office accommodates over 950 employees and includes a full-service employee dining room, a fitness center, a styling salon, showrooms, a wellness center and abundant breakrooms and employee service areas.
