Airport 40 is a two-building development that offers a total of 320,700 square feet of Class A industrial space with 55 dock doors, 10 grade-level doors and 34 trailer parking stalls.
The facilities also incorporate a 32’ clear height, ESFR sprinkler systems, 6” unreinforced concrete floors, ample power and 60’ speed bays.
McShane also completed the tenant buildout for the nation’s leader e-commerce retailer featuring conveyor systems and indoor van queueing lanes.
