McShane Construction Company provided the general contracting services for The Elaine, a 304-unit, luxury apartment development in Northbrook, Illinois.
The five-story residence features wood frame construction wrapped around a six-story precast parking deck accommodating 642 vehicles.
Totaling 593,824 square feet, the development features a brick and fiber cement exterior. High-end finishes such as stainless steel appliances, in-unit washers and dryers and granite countertops are included in the one- and two-bedroom floor plans.
Amenities within this luxury development include club rooms, a fitness center, a business center, a conference room and a sizable leasing office. Exterior amenities include three elegant courtyards with one featuring a resort-style swimming pool.
