4400 Grove
McShane Construction Company completed 4400 Grove, an 84-unit mixed-use affordable housing residence. The project will combine retail and residential in the heart of Chicago’s Bronzeville neighborhood. Commercial space totaling 18,000 square feet will be located on the ground floor.
The four-story development features precast podium construction with the third and fourth floors utilizing cold formed steel studs. 4400 Grove will feature a masonry and Hardie panel exterior.
Resident amenities include a lounge, bike room, fitness/yoga room, conference rooms and a mailroom. There is also on-site parking, including dedicated retail spaces.
