Parc at Pooler
McShane Construction Company provided the general construction services for Parc at Pooler, a new apartment complex in Pooler, Georgia.
The new three-story, 280-unit, apartment complex includes units in seven buildings, a clubhouse, swimming pool and stand-alone garages across 21 acres of land.
The apartment complex features a wood frame with cement siding and asphalt shingles. Interior unit features include center corridors with metal stairs.
