McShane Construction Company provided the comprehensive construction services for Vue at the Quarter, a four and five-story, 271-unit luxury apartment development located on an 11-acre site in Atlanta, Georgia on behalf of GJ Enterprises Development.
The three-building wood frame multi-family residence features an elegant mix of brick and Hardie panel exterior with high-end finishes in the units including Whirlpool appliances, tile backsplashes, quartz countertops and LVT flooring. The development also includes a two-story structured parking deck and 12 detached garages.
Amenities include an outdoor pool and courtyard with grills and outdoor seating, fitness center and dog park within a gated community.
