The West Living
The West Living was constructed on 4.86 acres in the Milwaukee suburb of West Allis, just a ten-minute drive from the city’s downtown area. The first level of the four-story complex consists of a precast parking structure that holds 297 parking spaces. Above the parking structure is three levels of wood frame apartments housing 177 units.
Each unit features quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances that give the kitchen a modern, high-end feel. Additionally, residents have access to the club area and fitness center housed in the building. Outside, tenants are able to enjoy both an outdoor barbecue area and a rooftop patio where they can relax and socialize.
