McShane Construction Company provided the design/build construction services for 101 Medical Office Center, a multi-phase medical office complex located within the 138-acre Algodón Medical Office Park in Phoenix, Arizona.
The 101 Medical Office Center is a four-story, 80,000-square-foot facility situated on 10.74 acres in the area’s premier medical park adjacent to the Banner Estrella Medical Center. The building was constructed of a steel frame with an EIFS and masonry exterior, ribbon glass and honed block accents and wings for architectural appeal.
